Tim Hortons - Bradford

I go because of location, we have 4 in our town but not all are looked after like the newest one in town...coffee is still great but décor or up keep is not on the same level for all stores, I THINK all should be the same refreshed and or new!!! I think all are owned by the same family and all must be at the same level of décor....I have a car so I can choose which one I go to but others don't ....Fireplaces and comfortable seating should be in all of their store fronts, ONE hasn't been changed in 23 years to much more than what it was!!

I was in a hurry ,so I tried Tim's and sat infront of the pretend fireplace. I ordered a breakfast BLT and the hash brown combo with a small coffee. My hash brown was ready with the coffee first. I was asked if I was eating in and I asked if I could have my coffee in a mug.....next I opened the sandwich, the bun wasn't toasted , no butter .....a plain bun ,not toasted, no butter. So I asked for it to be redone ,the server said " I should have ordered it that way, how would I know a BLT wouldn't be toasted and buttered!!" While this was being done I started to eat the hash brown, no salt , pepper on the table .SO I JUST STARTED TO EAT IT ....the sides were dried out and barely warm, than my sandwich was ready, I had to get up to get it. It was toasted alright and buttered ,but the bacon was cold and not much on the sandwich. I sat there thinking what a ripe-off , no service,no ketchup two trips to the counter sitting infront of the new fireplace with it's chairs facing me instead the fake fireplace.With attitude from one of the servers because I didn't order right , a bacon sandwich ....all this trouble for a quiet time to myself ....a joke! I have learned my breakfast sandwich is better to have it in another place. Today I had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on home made bread ,white or brown ,my choice , toasted with butter and a whole pot of tea in a proper teapot NOT PAPER and a real teacup with a festive cloth. I didn't have to ask for the bacon to be hot or the sandwich to be toasted, buttered and all I needed was on the table and by the way I asked for the bacon to be well done and the server ask me if the sandwich was nice......for all the service I paid an extra $4 in change and I overlooked a park, listening to Christmas Music. I now have an excuse to drive to Newmarket ,again!

They always seem to get my order wrong, yet alone I'm waiting forever to get my order!! i would not recommend this location nor the other location in bradford! they're both terrible, and thats an understatement

Unbelievable donuts, the big box has all kinds. coffee is normal but in American size
