Food is great every single time we go, regardless of whether your in the takeout area or dining in, the atmosphere is always nice, the place is clean, the wait staff are extremely kind and nice to you. The food is great too. I can't wait to go back.

I have always received top-notch service at Bradford Swiss Chalet! Lilly, my usual server, is always exceptional!

We ordered 3 Festive meals and 2 kids meals for carryout, as we live a 20-minute drive away from the restaurant. When we got home, we realized that one of the Festive meals was missing, there was no stuffing in the 2 meals we did receive, and the slices of pie that came with 2 meals were much smaller than usual. The fries were dry and unappetizing. When we called to complain, they initially offered a $10 in-store credit for an $18.99 meal, but eventually resolved the missing meal issue. Despite this, we were still left with an unsatisfactory meal experience, with one person not even receiving their meal. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

We went to eat around 8 pm after a busy day. The hostess let us know there were only two people working. In spite of this the service was excellent! It was obvious that they were quite busy before we arrived. However our waitress, Lily, was pleasant and brought us a satisfying meal in a reasonable time. Bravo!

This is the most disappointing Swiss Chalet we’ve ever been to. Very hit and miss. Occasionally, if you eat in, you will get fresh fries. Sadly, not the case with take out orders. Always, dried out leftovers, which we end up throwing out. Same with the rolls. Visibly days old which are thrown out. Such a waste. Don’t get take out from this location! This was our last time.
