Marandolas - BRADLEY BEACH

The food was absolutely fantastic! I would order the mussel appetizer again in a heartbeat (though it's not pictured), as the spicy sauce paired perfectly with it. The ambiance, featuring the outdoor kitchen, was amazing. We struck up conversations with the host and our neighbors, making it a really friendly experience. We'll definitely return. The service and staff were exceptional! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We began with the meatballs, which were hearty and bursting with flavor, with an excellent texture. I ordered the short rib, which was cooked to perfection and pleasantly lean. We also had the halibut, which was cooked just right, and the Oreganata was executed well—nothing over the top, but very nice. Rueben was a charming host who managed the dining room as if it were his own home. Overall, it was a truly refreshing experience!

I visited this restaurant for the first time last night, and I was impressed by how many repeat customers it attracts. The atmosphere is lively, with large tables filled with cheerful diners enjoying the BYOB experience. The menu features traditional New Jersey Italian cuisine, and the prices are quite reasonable. The service is seamless, and the manager/host makes a point of stopping by each table to foster a personal connection. There's a wonderful local vibe reminiscent of Bradley Beach. Bring a lovely bottle of wine and savor a delightful evening!

We ate in Marandolas for the first time after we passed it a hundred times and didn't even recognize the jewel of a restaurant we passed. This place is a real hidden gem. Let me do this by saying I never take the time to write Google reviews (maybe 1 every 5 years). The food here is spectacular, and the service is top notch. This was the best culinary experience I had in a very long time. Mark the owner and Rueben the manager could not have been more beautiful and accommodating. We'll eat regularly here.

Been meaning to try Marandola's for a few years, noticed that they were having a restaurant week special, and made a reservation to dine there last night. Everything was fantastic, I wish I had come sooner! The food was incredible, the staff was attentive, and they made the experience of dining with a (reasonably well behaved) toddler quite comfortable. My fiancé and I shared their Caesar salad (excellent/homemade dressing) and their tasty beans shrimp appetizer (similar base to Pasta Faggioli), which was perfection! For entrée she savored the Veal Saltimbocca dish, tender and cooked perfectly, and I enjoyed Bell Evans chicken breast with delicious sweet sausage, incredible broccoli rabe potatoes. Our toddler got a little fussy, so we took home dessert a tasty cannoli tiramisu. Everything was great, even saw some acquaintances that are regulars will be back soon!!!
