I really love their specialty cookies, which are always beautifully decorated for the seasons or holidays. However, I must mention that their prices are quite steep, and it's frustrating that they don't label their items. Today, I bought one of their giant cookie cakes for a coworker's farewell party. I placed a custom order, requesting dog paw prints along with the text. Nora was the one who decorated it. While the writing was fantastic, the paw prints ended up resembling bear paw prints instead of those of a dog! It's not a major problem; I suppose Nora just wasn't clear on what dog paw prints should look like.
It's fantastic! The cookies are fresh and delicious, and the cakes look amazing!
After I shared my review, the cookie company contacted me and kindly offered to make a new cake. An employee named John reached out to apologize and assured me that he would create it exactly as I requested. I picked it up today, and it looks fantastic! The new cake is featured in the third picture.
I placed an order on Friday for a cake to be ready by 2:30 on Sunday, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. Instead, they tried to combine two circular cakes to create a square one, which looked terrible. They didn't even achieve a proper square shape and attempted to cover it up with icing in the corners. The staff member I dealt with was rude as well. In the end, I had to settle for cookies since I couldn't get anything decorated in time for my party.
