Contribuisci feedbackThe younger generation seems to have poor communication skills nowadays, sadly due to their reliance on technology. The more they use technology, the less they communicate and treat each other with respect. Instead of interacting in person, they spend their time playing video games where they curse and shoot each other. This behavior does not translate well to real-life situations.
The customer service at this restaurant is awful, especially in the late night drive-through. They make you feel unwelcome, even when you are being polite to them.
The service at this restaurant was just awful. The waiter was incredibly rude when we asked about ordering two dishes - he immediately said no, and when we didn't hear him and asked him to repeat himself, he responded in a very unfriendly manner. Despite the decent quality of the food, the overall experience was soured by the poor service.
So much better than McDonalds. McDonalds customer service sucks. McDonalds can't provide dine in service like Wendys.
Lady taking order at drive thru needs to learn some manners!
