The Spread - Brady

Best BBQ in west Texas IMO! We always stop and eat when we go through Brady. Never had better BBQ anywhere! Nice people, great service and excellent food.

This place is so worth every penny. Really friendly employees,great atmosphere, and most importantly delicious BBQ.

We have our family reunion in Brady every year, and we always have to make a stop here at the Spread. I dream of their bar-b-q all year. Can't wait till Friday, we will be there.

The brisket was incredibly tender and juicy, pulling apart easily. The chicken poppers are absolutely outstanding. It was a great stop on our way to San Antonio.

The prices are too high for the quality of the food. The restaurant seems to be trying to emulate Coopers but falls short. The brisket was dry and not fresh. While the ribs were a bit tough, they tasted decent. The sauce was good, but overall, I was left disappointed after craving some good BBQ.
