Frontier Candy & Ice Cream

Wandered around looking for flavours for a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged us (in an empty store) then after picking two flavours (of the TON that they have) were told we could only sample two tiny samples. I would've picked my two differently knowing this ahead of time. It also drives me absolutely nuts when places only allow kids to buy a kids size ice cream. If you're selling less ice cream and charging less, what do you care if I'm a kid or not. They also charge $0.50 extra if you want a styrofoam to go cup instead of a cone. Candy selection was good but overpriced. We'd picked out a bunch of candy to purchase in addition to the ice cream but being cheap and overcharging for everything else made us change our minds. AND! They don't take credit card. So cheap. Super disappointed overall.

There was a variety of different flavours of ice cream as well as non-sugar ones. Good selection of various types of candy and fudge.

There is a big selection of ice cream flavours and candy in the store. However, the service was not the best. Staff were not friendly. None of them smiled the entire time we waited. The line was long and they moved slow. The ice cream was good on a hot day but overpriced for the amount they put into the cone. We'd try somewhere else next time.

This place has a good selection of candy and lots of ice cream choices - it's a great way to end your day in the mountains!
