Contribuisci feedbackThis used to be our favorite spot to go for a nice dinner and glass of wine. Unfortunately this is the second time we have had a bad experience in a row. Tonight (6/24/24) we waited 20 plus minutes to order, and over 40 minutes for our food that was all barely warm. Burger was supposed to be no pink and came out cold and ******. Fried walleye was cold. The build your own bowl came out with chicken instead of tuna. We let them know and it was no big surprise to them. One server seem to be trying really hard to keep people happy but the rest of the staff didn’t seem like they cared. They offered to remake it but at this point we had already been there for an hour and there was only 4 other tables there. I hope they can get back to how they used to be. We won’t be back for a long long time.
Nice patio. Very good food and service was very good.
We come here every year because of a timeshare. Another year another great meal. This is by far our favorite restaurant. See ya next year
We were really disappointed in the Mother's day brunch at The Woods this month. The crab legs were dry and rubbery. The Brussels sprouts were hard as rocks. I didn't want to even try the chicken as it appeared to be overcooked as well. The only thing edible was the roast beef and dinner rolls. Even the desserts lacked flavor. The service wasn't any better and we didn't see a server for the first 20 min. A young lady came to ask if we wanted more water but couldn't take our drink order, but would send someone that could. 15 min later she came back and took our drink order but wasn't sure how to spell mimosa. I helped her out and we eventually received a drink. We sadly will not be back again.
This place has gone downhill. And Andrew Clarke is a joke! He's been fired from every place around the BLA. Pack it up and sell the place before he puts you in debt!
