Dunkin' - Braintree

The food was fresh and delicious, and the coffee was served nice and hot. There were some repairs happening inside while we were ordering, but the staff was attentive and treated us well.

One of the employees at the counter was helpful, but the other struggled with taking our order. It took three repetitions for her to get it right, even with prompts from her colleague. When she was asked if she understood, she still managed to get it wrong, and customers had to correct her for a third time.

The prices on coffee rise, as in the previous year, must be the lard price of donuts, but that cannot be right because the donuts are smaller. Someone said the prices were rising so they were high.

The staff treats their regulars like family, even at 4:30 a.m.

The young people working here are very helpful and fun.
