Johnny Rockets - Braintree

Currently sitting at the counter I was told I couldn’t sit at while waiting for food I had to order on their computer after waiting 9 mins for someone to come tell me it was cash only (or order on computer next to register). Very rude service. Counter a complete disaster full of food and drinks left behind so when I started making a clean space to sit, the server came over to tell me i couldn’t sit although there were two other girls sitting there. I just saw food go up in window ready, they didn’t even call my name although I put Trish on the order as you can see on my receipt so my food sat in the window with people looking through it, thinking it was theirs. Never again! I just wanted a mother son day with my kid. This sucked cause I thought it would be nostalgic since I hadn’t been for a while!

They told us at 5:32 they were closed even though everywhere says they close at 6.

I ordered at the kiosk because there was no one available to take my order in person. I am 6 months pregnant and there were plenty of seats available for me to wait/ eat when my order was ready. The server told me I could not sit there unless I was dining in so I said I would just dine in when my food is ready. When my food came out she told me again that I could not stay there to eat. Even though there were still plenty of seats.

This location used to be live and fun, now you have people who do t want to be there. We dealt with a really rude man at the register and we didn’t even end up getting a receipt. The price he told me and the price I had on my credit card were not the same. I’m not sure who’s overseeing this location but you’re doing a terrible job. Your employees are overcharging customers and ignoring us and making us pay a service charge by using the kiosk to pay. There were metal flakes on my onions which were concerning. This place needs a health inspection amongst other things. Do better..

HORRIBLE, the workers are so rude and disrespectful with me and my family.
