Starbucks - Braintree

This is a great place to stop for coffee on your way to Boston. Typically, the service is quick and the orders are accurate. There isn't a drive-thru available, and while parking could be improved, that mainly depends on people's parking skills.

The counter was dirty, and there was no effort made to clean it during busy times. There was also a complete lack of basic courtesy; there were no greetings, thank yous, or checks to see if I had everything I needed. Instead, the staff seemed dismissive, avoiding eye contact and offering no acknowledgment. Whenever I asked for assistance, I was often met with responses like, "That's not my job, I only handle hot drinks," or "I deal with cold drinks," and "You’ll have to go to the register for that." Not once did anyone offer to help or see if someone could assist me. Unfortunately, paying a premium price did not equate to receiving good customer service—quite the opposite, actually.

The customer service at this establishment is really disappointing. The staff seems unhappy, and when I asked the barista to remake my coffee because it was made incorrectly, she responded with an attitude. Additionally, when I requested a fork from the employee heating up the food, he tossed one onto the counter in a rude manner.

The service was amazing. The cashier jonny paid attention to customers waiting including mobile orders. Usually the staff will just ignore you but he took his time to make sure everyone was okay and served . He is awesome and definitely deserves recognition! Thank you so much.

The customer service at this location is horrible. The young lady at the register with the blue hair is rude, the two young ladies making drink are just unprofessional. 1 was on her phone for 7 mins just texting as the other one I watched drop a cup on the floor and continued to use it. I am really hoping management makes some changes
