I allowed my kids to talk me into taking us, they're on punishment for a month now...….this place is literally a joke. shame on me for trying again, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

This place had some of the best tasting Italian food anywhere and for a chain that's hard to do . Eggplant and chicken parm was perfectly cooked crispy hot delicious The serviclce was terrific everyone was

This is our go to spot for thursday date night. Our last visit was horrible and we vowed to never return. Today we decided to give it another shot and we are so glad we did.Felt like this place took a complete 180, must be under new management or something. Seated immediately, food came out immediately, steak cooked to perfection and above all else our server, Chris, was the best we ever had. Made us feel like VIPs.Will definitely be returning

Convenience does not equal Quality here. A group of coworkers and I were staying at the Hyatt which this location is steps away from, so we decided to drop in for dinner. The place was quiet for a Tuesday night, so while we were a party of 9, assumed it would be okay. From the start, it seemed like there was only one server for the dining area. We gave our orders a couple of times as the waiter was immediately overwhelmed by our party size, but we were fine with this until it became a very long wait for food. Well into an hour before entrees came out and slow trickle. Food across the coworkers was either cold and not cooked well or burnt and overdone, as in the case of my whiskey glazed burger and onion rings. At this point we were starving so something is better than nothing (though I will regret this sentiment later on in my hotel room when my stomach protested the hockey puck of a meal sitting in its midst). Then the checks. Again, we knew we were going to need to be patient for separate checks, however the server charged the wrong cards with the wrong meals, then double charged one coworker (same person who ended up not eating because the sizzling chicken and shrimp was not sizzling and you could see the process cheese slices and shred cheese unmelted on top of cold chicken). We did not have an issue with this portion taking time, but we did have issues with the fact that the server never apologized for continuing to make errors on charges and recharging cards... Not fixing the errors and having the attitude of oh well figure it out tomorrow. Even with calling a manager over which took a other 20 minutes, we were met with the same casual attitude of what are you worried about it will reverse. I will always be patient with restaurants and wait staff, but this location is a one time emergency experience at your risk only! Not worth the long wait for subpar food and non-existent service
