Contribuisci feedbackAbsolutely shocking. Not only did we have to pull over and wait forever for our food, we then pulled away only to realise our order was completely wrong! When we drove back in to query and collect correct order staff accused me of lying, before eventually rectifying. Terrible attitude on the staff member in question. Second time we've had the wrong order here (once eat in, once drive thru). Will not attend again.
I don't know the exact time this incident happened, it was between 2pm and 3pm on Sunday the 24th of September. I was a passenger in my friend's car through the drive through, and there was a member of staff who looked fairly young, stating quite loudly about how a 40 something year old man was trying to sleep with her. I know there are a lot of children that visit your restaurant and the fact I could hear it in the car just makes me wonder if any kids were around inside, they could also hear it. I just wanted to make sure the relative people were aware so this type of thing won't happen again, as it could have gone a lot worse if the wrong type of people heard that kind of comment from a worker in a professional setting.
Normally a fan, but McDonald's Drive through at Braintree on the A120 was an absolute shambles. Despite seeing loads of staff through the windows. There was so many cars parked up in their parking bays people lucky enough to get their order at the window couldn't drive out. The slovenly way the boy walked out with one order at a time beggars belief. After waiting 15 mins (fast food, really? with dogs in the car I called out how long? He came back and said we've lost your order and have to do it again As I was on a deadline travelling from Colchester to Nottingham I told him the service was disgusting and that I couldn't wait any longer. So after paying £8.97 I had a 25 minute wait to get no food and a 13 point turn to get my van out where there were so many people waiting I couldn't move!. Absolutely shambles. The whole attitude of the staff was they just couldn't be bothered. I will make sure I'm prepared next time and either go to McDonald's at Colchester or Cambridge as I do this journey frequently. You owe me a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a hot apple pie!!!!!
So it’s taken from the wrong food, no response and sent a Kids meal with wrong items which you still haven’t rectified. As I’m diabetic I have taken medication before eating to have no food to eat ! Then you are not answering your calls. I’ve had bad service in takeaway, restaurants but they always make up for it. You left me waiting to be told you don’t do refunds ?? Now if I got the Kids Menu food costing a lot less money the people that ordered the meal we had delivered enjoyed a big meal with more food !! The thing is that they wouldn’t complain as it was a free upgrade for them . The food was cold so we ended up having to get to the nearest shop so I didn’t have any problems with my diabetes .
Very disappointed. Many opinions from menu are unavailable in this branch. Instantly. Can not buy there milkshakes and mcflurry. I tried on weekdays, morning, evening, afternoon, weekends, different times, in May, in June, in August, just now. Me and my kids very disappointed. Why I can not order ordinary things from menu? What is going on? May be it is better to close this brunch then if you have many things from menu unavailable?? Instantly ???? Is it a joke?
