The Castle - Braintree

The food, service, and company were all excellent, but the highlight was definitely the beer.

This pub has new owners who are very welcoming and know how they keep their beer. another visit worth seeing, as this pub has a good feeling.

We had a wonderful roast this afternoon. are parts where very generous and eating was excellent!. we look forward to the next meal already 5 indeed!

We visited the restaurant during the middle of the week and found it to be quite quiet. We enjoyed a good pint of IPA, but unfortunately arrived just before 9 o'clock and missed out on the opportunity to eat.

The staff at this restaurant is very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is good and overall it is a really nice pub.
