Contribuisci feedbackA great project that is a culinary gem with great attention to detail and excellent food in the region. The Culinaria is a place to stay in which time passes far too quickly through the pleasant atmosphere and the very friendly staff. The sophisticated dishes and the changing menu show the high creativity of the chef and the good understanding of his art. All this brings this restaurant to a very high level. Of course, food is not cheap but considering the quality of the goods, the price-performance ratio is very good. If you are familiar with the kitchen and want to experience some excitement while eating, you can finally get the 3-course surprise menu for 32 euros. All in all, I am glad that there can still be so high-quality kitchen in Brake and wish the whole team for the future that this also remains.
Cosy little restaurant located at the inland port of Brake. Small manageable card with dishes that are always lovingly executed. Even in the out-of-home delivery during the lockdown phase, the quality of the presentation of the food was laid down. Through the changing map and selection of dishes (high quality), I have already been able to discover some new things for me, with regard to taste and food. Completely unknown to me was the Pompon mushroom (Igel bar). A greeting from the kitchen is always served. As a pescetarier, I have not been disappointed to date. Here is cooked with passion. Always happy. Unique in the vicinity. Thank you.

Very nice and as also find really good restaurant, monthly changing map. I found food very good at my two visits so far. It's nice that they don't have a standard card but again and again the chef thinks new, ambitious and delicious, with good products he always makes great things. I'm sure I'll go more often. Just make a nice trip from Bremen, Oldenburg or around to Brake, do not look at the bad place at all, but rather interesting place and then look at the beautiful little marina with some very beautiful boats and then head over to the exciting and really good food in Culinaria, I like...

The food under the motto Spanish weeks was a pleasure Here the kitchen understands its craft On our plates there was the tomato bread and the Gambas in Knobiöl As a main dish we had Plato de Tapas caliente vegetariano – warm vegetarian starter dish Bratpaprika, runzel potatoes, fried vegetables marinated, potatoomelette with paprika, Manchego cheese, cabra cheese and tasted oxtail . I still enjoyed the ice variance with orange sorbet, almond jelly and almond jelly. Here you can let yourself be pampered with culinary delights in a small and fine atmosphere.
