Food is usually good and made well, except I have frequently not gotten what I actually ordered. I've ordered the chicken BLT breakfast sandwich and they change it to and egg instead, 4-5 times now.

I ordered a medium double-double at the restaurant, but all I could taste was cream instead of coffee. It didn't even smell like coffee. The wait was longer than usual for some reason, even though the drive-thru wasn't busy. I wish I had gone to Tim Hortons instead.

The staff at this location was very friendly. The food was served hot and fresh . The kids enjoyed there

The bathrooms are a complete disaster. When I asked for them to be cleaned, the staff member had an attitude and didn't do anything. The screens in the restaurant are also not working.

The past 5 times I’ve gone there the service is terrible. Always a 10+ minimum wait for food. Super slow.
