Contribuisci feedbackI come at 4:40 am to take order from this store but no employee is responsible at that time it stop at the drive through 10-15 mins and press the horn that anyone will speak to take the order but no one is listening me and then when i move my car to the window no one employee will come as i also press the horn because they are busy in their personal phones I don’t know why they are using there personal phones on work time. This store service js very bd at night time don’t go this time to this location of burger King please go to another location. Employee not deal got with consumers
The food was very disappointing. I expected fresh food at 3pm, but it was not fresh at all. We regretted spending money on this meal.
So I'm at drive through and wanted to order a chicken and fish sandwich. They said they were all out of chicken sandwich. I also then asked to add a 8pcs chicken nugget to my order but they said it will take 5 mins and they are closing. I'm pretty sure they lied to me cause this location is known to be 24/7 hour drive thru. Lol it even says it on their window. That they are open 24/7...why lie to their customers? Took this picture from my car as I wait for my food. My order wasn't complete.Fish sandwich was dry. I guess they were trying to pump out food sitting for hours and didn't want to cook new food to save money.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered multiple burgers. Unfortunately, a Double Whopper was missing from my order, which I only realized after returning to work. I tried calling the store three times with no answer. A friend who was in the same Plaza offered to stop by, but was told that without the receipt, they could not provide the missing burger. I found it frustrating that despite having all the necessary information, such as the time of purchase and total spent, they insisted on the receipt which was not given to me. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that everyone was a manager. The service I received was disappointing and unhelpful. My friend also tried to resolve the issue by ordering a replacement burger, but the staff did not seem to care. I do not recommend this store under any circumstances. It is unacceptable that I paid for a Double Whopper that I never received due to their mistake of not including the receipt in the bag.
I felt like this franchise of burger king is potentially understaffed. The delivery boys as well as the customers over there had to wait a long time to get their orders fulfilled. Also there exists some ambiguity along the food servers on filling the orders. But the meal and cleanliness of the shop is average. The garbage disposals were quite full while they are being used. It would be quite better if the meals are fulfilled quicker.
