Canelli's Italian Eatery - Brampton

I loved everything about canellis. the personal was really nice, although we had to wait, we were very impressed by how they treated us. the waitress was very polite and nice. nice eating, nice staff, would certainly recommend this place to everyone.

2018/11/03<br we were in brampton to dinner time, drinking along the queen street, scoping out places to eat, and we discovered canellis Italian eatery. it looks interesting from the outside, so we decided to try. it is a medium-sized restaurant, with seating for about one hundred people, and it was less than half full when we arrived at 18 o'clock. the layout is quite open, with a combination of cabins around the outside circumference and tables in the middle. the tables had folding tabs, which would convert from a square to a round table, which would sit 6 or 7. after our order we were brought a basket of fresh, soft, cut Italian leaves and a plate with olive oil, balsamic and garlic flakes. <br/ <br/ we started a small canelli ‘s caesar salad. taste was good, but we didn't like the rock-hard single, big crumbs. the two whole nels of the roasted garlic were a nice note. <br/ <br/ swbmo has chosen the Italian restaurant, the chicken parmigiana. good part, lots of cheese and a side of spaghetti pomodoro. the spaghetti sauce was a bit spicier that most season with the addition of chili pepper. <br/ <br/ i also went with a favorite Italian dish: auberginen parmigiana, with the same spaghetti pomodoro side. the aubergine was cooked as I like it. every bite was tender, salty, heart-shaped and earthy, with only a slight texture from the broth time on the aubergine. I really liked this court. <br/ <br/ we saw someone order a tiramisu that looked pretty good, so we decided to pamper. apparently it is made home, and it was good. the ladyfinger and the mascarpone were light and tasteful. <br/ <br/ service was very good. while we had a main server, they used a team approach to supply the food, offer fresh pfeffer and grated parmesan and clear dishes as they were finished. our server has checked several times to make sure everything is in order.

Great pizzas, my manicotti was great and tasty. the prices are reasonable and the food is prepared with fresh, high quality ingredients.

Been here many times over the years but having relocated to Quebec not at all in the last four to five years...if anything it's improved from before...food portions are excellent and the quality is on point...also as ever, the serving staff if sincere and attentive which is something I always appreciated in the past. Barking Squirrel on tap is a plus as well!
