I really liked the chicken parm with fries, i haven’t visited this restaurant in quite a while so i was surprised, leanne was a kind server with fast service. Honestly, this was the worst service I have ever received. Right from the start, it took 15 mins for our order to be taken. Our beer was flat and warm, and when we received our salads and bread, we didn’t have cutlery, side plates, and there was no butter for the bread. From there, it took 45 minutes for any food to hit the table, and our appetizer was never punched in. We finally received the appetizer after a long wait, but we were already eating our mains. Our mains came out in twos, with about 10 minutes in between, so half the dishes were cold and not enjoyable. We spoke to the manager, who was dressed quite unprofessionally, and she wasn’t very apologetic at all. Our server was also just pretty rude overall. The guy who was working expo was lovely, he really listened to our concerns and was very apologetic. At the end, we were given our bill, and we did not receive the machine for at least 15 minutes (but we saw the server meandering around). The table beside us also had horrible service, and were waiting even longer than us for their change back. Ultimately, this was terrible. We were celebrating two birthdays at our table of four, and this was supposed to be a lovely birthday dinner. Honestly, we won’t be coming back. Our family has been visiting this location for 22 years, but we’ve outgrown it. We would much rather spend our money elsewhere. Visited last night for my wife's birthday. Food was great. Chicken Parm was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Spag and meatballs was good and kiddo loved his chicken caesar. Mini desserts hit the spot after the meal. The highlight of our evening was our server Christina. Always smiling and friendly. She cheekily even upsold us on our meals, and they were better for it. Everytime she passed our table she checked in with us and when there was a delay with one meal, she stopped by several times to sincerely apologize. She made our night and we spent the entire drive home raving about how amazing she was. We look forward to seeing her again in the near future! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I stopped by for dinner and was not disappointed, quick and good service from our server Abena. Greeted us well, checked up frequently, and was very kind. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
