To whomever it may concern at Cafe Puro, please be mindful of your words. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Everyone at Elsa's is always very polite. I overheard that you were called out for not picking up your order after being late for more than 2 hours, and then you showed up very angry. You assumed a word was directed at you, but you should have asked the counter girl first. It is shameful that you would speak disrespectfully to an older lady. This is Canada, have some manners and watch your language.

The BBQ platter with three pieces was not enjoyable. It lacked BBQ flavor and had no taste. Our order was incorrect and the chicken tasted off.

I want to give a special thank you to Melissa and Yayo for their amazing customer service. They welcomed us with a friendly smile and were very accommodating when our food pick up was delayed. The food is consistently delicious and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

Ordered catering food for a baby shower from Elsa. Service and staff were very professional, friendly, and had great communication. The food ordered were ready on time, and packed properly. They were flexible for what I needed and asked for. The food tastes good! I'm definitely satisfied with their service and would go back again for next time.
