Fat Bastard Burrito - Brampton

The food was served cold, and I had to ask the server to add more since she was only putting a spoonful of each item. She also initially didn't have any napkins, but when I complained, she got some from a shelf. The service was very uncooperative. You need to reevaluate your staff, or you might face serious consequences. It’s disappointing to see you cutting back on essentials like napkins, especially when your prices are higher. Customers deserve better—respect that.

This is definitely the worst fast-food burrito place I have ever visited. I went there in the evening, and to my surprise, there were no vegetables available while I was ordering. The person making the burrito didn’t seem interested at all in preparing it. The location is great, but overall, the experience at this outlet was completely disappointing.

Worst quality, chicken was so stiff and cold.No fresh toppings, they dont even know how to wrap a burrito properly, everything just fell out of it when i unwrapped it. Never had such a terrible burrito.

It's amazing! Both the food and the service are fantastic! The woman working at the restaurant was extremely kind and patient. I highly recommend this place! 10/10!

This was a great location. I got there at the right time first in line, when I left the line was out the door. Food was awesome, well prepared, items were well stocked and everything looked great. Nothing old or dried up in the choices. Staff were friendly and dealt with the large amount of customers with ease.
