Fresh Burrito - Brampton

I came on 9th April around 9.30 ish .Food quality is very low got one chicken bowl and one shrimp bowl and 2 other items and both were not good shrimp were uncooked and chicken and rice was test-less also bad customer service had to throw away chicken and shrimp bowl Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came in today may 5th 2024 around 5:45-6pm for cinco de mayo and ordered 4 burritos, 3 chickens and 1 beef.. The order was labeled wrong and one of us that just eats chicken ended up eating beef... this was an horrible mistake by the employee. I called in to mentionned what the issue was and they told me that I can come in to get two new burritos. So I had to drive all the way there again and they made two burritos and asked them what they were going to do about this as they made a mistake and getting back what I paid for.. and they told me I can have a free small bag of chips. Honestly I wanted to start laughing as this was ridiculous.... you made a huge mistake and had a person eat beef that only eats chicken and this is what I get... I enjoy coming to this location even though it is not near to my home....they are happy people working..they make food taste delicious....they don't hesitate in putting lots of veggies and beans..I appreciate this attitude.. Vegetarian options: I usually eat roasted veggies,beans bowl and supreme fries with beans and veggies and delicious sauces on top of them.. We had a very bad experience with a staff girl . Problem is that she doesn’t listen to you at all . Too much rice and putting only lettuce in a bowl doesn’t not make food good to eat .
