Their online ordering system failed, so I had to go in person to place my order. The staff had a hard time understanding me, even after multiple attempts. It seemed like they couldn't speak English and blamed me for the miscommunication. After struggling to order a simple pizza for 10 minutes, I left. When I returned to pick up my order 20 minutes later, the staff seemed disorganized and confused. They forgot to include the dip sauces I had paid for and argued with me when I asked for them. The pizza was cold, the wings were tiny, and I vowed to never return. I recommend trying San Francisco at the Queen Centre for a good pizza and a better overall experience. If you don't like San Francisco, I suggest looking elsewhere, as Gino's is the worst.
I visited on Saturday, July 18th, 2015. The woman working at 7:00 was extremely rude and ignorant. She had no manners at all and pretended not to know English. When I asked a simple question at the cash register, she responded rudely and unhelpfully. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the young man making the pizza and eventually asked for a refund, which took five minutes to process. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend buying Ginos Pizza at 160 Main St S #9, Brampton, ON L6W 2E1. The service here was terrible.
I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very friendly and quickly prepared a fresh pizza for me. The value was excellent and the pizza was delicious. I would definitely consider returning in the future.
This particular Gino's is terribleStaff is beyond rude, pizza is not good.
Used to come here all the time, stopped about 5 years ago because it has significantly gone down hill. After their online ordering system failed miserably I had to go to this location and order in person. First guy couldn't understand a word I said, called some other lady who also couldn't understand a word I said. She acted as if she couldn't speak english and it was MY fault that she couldn't understand me. After trying to order a simple pizza for 10 mins I left. Came back to pick up 20 mins later and the original guy looked at me as if I was a foreign alien who he had never seen before except our pizza was the only one they had made in the last 20 mins. They didn't include my two dipping sauces I paid for and argued with me when I asked for them. I walked out with a cold pizza, tiny wings and a vow to never go back. Try San Francisco at Queen & Centre, not far at all and you'll get a good pizza with a much better experience. And if you don't like San Francisco's go literally anywhere else because Gino's is the worst.
