I ordered through UberEats and the food I received was very unappetizing and tasted like it had been sitting around for days. It looked like they were just trying to get rid of leftover food before closing. I will never order from them again and I plan on making a video to share my experience on my social media accounts.
I was the only one who inquired about F1 fingerprints, and the owner of the restaurant was nice, although a bit frustrated because of the high number of people asking about it. Despite that, she was still helpful. Even though it's not related to food, her kindness and assistance are worth appreciating. I wish your business all the best. Thank you, dear.
I ordered the Ruck Chicken Dinner. The portion size was generous and the chicken was flavorful, although slightly dry. The rice and peas were disappointing compared to other places I have tried. Additionally, there was no bread or salad included, which is a standard offering at other restaurants. I would recommend looking elsewhere for the Ruck Chicken Dinner.
My order was wrong when I visited this restaurant, although I took the time to repeat and clarify my order via the phone beforehand. Upon arrival I noticed that the order was wrong and asked if it should be corrected. The person who served me was annoyed that I dared to ask for my order that I paid and patiently waited for to be corrected. The cashier calculated the wrong price for the item I ordered. And continued to dispute with me about the price until I put on the price on my own menu. Weird. In order to be sure that I was not overly critical, I gave the restaurant the opportunity to proceed in the following week. I ordered again, and received almost the same service (my order was wrong, although I did it to the person who answered the phone, I received setting because I asked to correct the order, and again I was calculated for the item and had to complain with the checkout that it accused me of the wrong amount. Key errors? Twice in two separate weeks? It is clear that some trainings are urgently needed here, as well as a course on customer service. The bad attitude is unnecessary and leaves the customer with an unpleasant experience. I'm sure no one will take account of accountability and will practically not remember any of these events, or my review will be as 'fake', which seems the answer to most of the negative reviews below. Updating The answer to my Google review is that I called and did not provide a proof of payment? I'm not sure what a regrettable customer that was, but I didn't call anyone about this problem. Or was that an attempt to deliver a false resolution for Google? SMH. Of course there is no third visit.
This is probably my first review ever. I don?t like to review restaurants, or give a restaurant a bad name. I have ordered from this restaurant about 5 times, and the only thing that I am comfortable enough to order is there cornmeal porridge, as that is probably the easiest thing to make. Last week, I decided to order their chicken soup; I was given ackee and salt dish, with 4 fried dumplings. I understand that you may not have an item at times, though that was the soup of the day, and the food that you replaced with the soup did not even taste good. At least if you don?t have an item, then simply refund the paying costumer. I believe that this restaurant is extremely lazy when it comes to making their food, and it seems like they will hire anyone to sit in the kitchen and cook their food. I genuinely feel like they have a toddler cooking in the back. The amount of times my family and I have had to make a complaint on skip the dishes is absolutely disgusting. You would think that the restaurant owner would be concerned with the amount of complaints they get.
