They forgot to give me my drink and only gave me a half cup of beverage because the machine wasn't working properly (even though I saw them pour drinks for others). When I drove away, I realized they had also forgotten to give me the fries and salad that were supposed to come with my meal. I only received two pieces of chicken. If they don't hire employees who care about their jobs, they should consider closing down.
Every month we use the drive-thru at this restaurant, and without fail, there is always a mistake with our order. This time, we ordered from both KFC and Taco Bell, and while the KFC order was correct, there was no Taco Bell food included. We only realized the mistake once we got home. My wife, who was hungry and had ordered the Taco Bell food, had to drive back to the restaurant. While she waited for her correct order, another customer came in and also complained about errors in their order. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this seems to be a recurring issue. The manager should improve the quality control process to prevent these mistakes from happening in the future.
I ordered a KFC Fest to go at 4:48, but didn't receive my order until 20 minutes later. I requested chicken pieces instead of chicken wings, and was told it would take about 8 minutes. When 5pm came around and my order still wasn't ready, I inquired about the delay. The staff informed me that they were almost done. At 5:05pm, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager apologized and offered me a complimentary side. I expressed my disappointment and advised others to think twice before dining at this establishment.
I woke up in the morning and thought it was a Tacoglocke. I researched the menu before and I was impressed by the rather large selection. taco bell has an enormous amount of different Burritos and Tacos. i...messaged kami (my foodie friend) that brand and I wanted a trip to taco bell and he was extremely fascinated. he met us there. We met in the taco bell and under the 3 of us we spent over 40 dollars. the table was full of frits and nachos and tacos and burritos and sauces. taco bell is really filling out because first cameil thought he would be able to eat kfc after his taco bell pig-out, but then realized he was way too full. happy that I enjoy this mundane experience with someone like kamil, who is so experienced in this kind of affair. Cads go to think about the pommes. he likes the basic beef, but he also said that he would replace the beef with beans. all in all, it was a delicious meal.
Me and mark and clayton and kamil were sitting inside the tim hortons across the street when the taco bell/kfc building caught kamils eye. he suggested that we go over there to get a snack. we went over there and we pigged out. its nice...to have 2 restaurants in one so theres something for everyone! clayton got kfc and mark and kamil and i all got taco bell. it was quite inexpensive because kamil bought a “big box” for 10 dollars and it was a mountain of food. luckily i was there to finish the supreme fries for him. the food was magnificent. it was really heartwarming to see the family together and clayton and kamil bond. what a memorable evening!
