I have been here about 10 times all on different occasions so I feel like it is a good time now to post my review. We have only come here to celebrate special occasions we had a strict anaphylaxis to all nuts allergy in one of our family members, and each time the staff will either blindly guarantee things are safe without actually checking, or they will just tell us not to order food because they can’t guarantee it. I understand that place is cannot guarantee, that is the risk we are taking, of course. But what I do not like is when they simply act like they do not care. I know that this, of course, depends on the staff members that I get, however, after 10 experiences, this is been the same with every single occasion we have attended. A few times I have asked them if something has nuts in it, knowing full well that it does have nuts in it, since it says that on the menu, yet the staff member says it is completely fine confidently. Once we even ordered food that they had claimed to check was fine, as we were about to eat another staff member came out and told us that’s not fine. It has nuts and they quickly took the food away. Luckily, my family member had not eaten it yet. This is a course a safety concern and this is why I’m posting to let others know who might have similar food restrictions as well. The other thing is that one time they were hosting a large party at a table near us, and when we asked for an extra fork, The staff member simply said they could not give us more utensils because they were reserved for the large party. Posting this mainly for humor, but also how unprofessional it is for them to simply say that. The food is tasty. The venue is nice however, I think more attention to detail and safety is needed.
I had a dinner today here, and the experience was delightful.Alisha's service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, live music was lovely and played a mix of beautiful old and new songs. The ambience was cozy, and the menu showcased a diverse range of delectable dishes. The flavors were authentic, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece. A memorable dining experience that I highly recommend.
Loved the vibe and food. Peaceful, yet happening. We went there on Saturday and there was live music as well. Bhavika was serving on that day and she was really sweet. Overall, I loved it, would definitely visit again.
We went there on a dinner on Friday night. The food was really good. Service was okay. Ambiance okayWe tried the Paneer tikka sampler. All 3 varieties were full of flavor and good . 4.5/5We tried Dal makhani it was extremely delicious 5/5We ordered Delhi butter chicken their butter chicken was different to what we expect butter chicken to be, but in a good away. It was full of flavor and yummy. The only suggestion I would have is to make the chicken pcs smaller 5/5Breads: Garlic naan and parantha both were freshly made and goodDesi Mojito not worth the price at all I would not even order it at $3Service not so attentive even though there were many tables empty. We had to ask for a few things twiceAmbience : there was party going on with a bunch of noisy people who were standing on our heads and talking. Probably management should ask such people to be confined to their areas? And respect the privacy of others?
Went here for a weekend dinner to celebrate a friend’s bday. Tried their hara bhara kebab, banarsi kebab and sindoori paneer. For main course 24k dal, amritsari chhole and reshmi paneer. The food is good and the menu has a lot of vegetarian variety. Service and ambience is great. We also got a complimentary cake for our friend so that was very sweet. However, the food is not extraordinary considering it has Sanjeev Kapoor’s name. Overall positive experience but Brampton has tonnes of places for better food.
