The quality of the food just sucks. Everytime. I don’t think I’ve ever had food fresh here it’s always warm like the ingredients have been sitting there in the kitchen for a while. Last time I came in nobody was at the front, you could hear everyone talking in the back room. I ordered chicken on the sticks and it took less than 5 minutes for my order to come out. Mind you it wasn’t even busy that day. Other times they put too much sauce or the fries are undercooked. Respectfully I wouldn’t recommend this location. Every now and then I try and give this location a chance but every few months I’m reminded why I don’t go here Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
Two of the two salads we got were dry with no dressing. Is that normal? I’m white Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Usually great , however, sometimes falafels are uncooked. Maybe they’re trying to be fast, but I rather have cooked food. I’ve had four out of five experiences great with them. It was just one time. For people getting falafels, ask them to cook it well I guess. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Falafel
Not good service. Lately their food quality and service has gone down along. Won’t be going there again. Last two times we went there, we got horrible food. Barely any sauce in there, wrap was not folded properly and ripped when I opened the packaging. Bowl was half full and barely any meat in there. Very disappointed with this locations service. It used to be good but not anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
