Mary Brown's Chicken - Brampton

In addition to the wonderful quality of the chicken and food, the atmosphere and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They truly showed genuine care for their customers. I'm so glad I discovered this place!

The gentleman who works the night shift here is truly amazing and very kind. One of the main reasons we keep returning to this location is because of him! Additionally, the food is consistently of excellent quality and expertly cooked.

Every time I place an order, whether in-store or for delivery, there seems to be a consistent issue with order accuracy. They often forget sides like extra potatoes or gravy that I’ve already paid for. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I frequent this location and only realize the missing items once I’m home. I cannot recommend the Hurontario location; their service is very slow when taking and fulfilling orders, and they frequently overlook items I’ve paid for. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. The only bright spot is the young staff in the kitchen who do know how to cook the chicken well. Otherwise, it’s just a very frustrating experience.

The experience was enjoyable, but I noticed they've altered the fries. I'm not particularly fond of the new thin, crispy style.

I really enjoy this Mary Brown's location. The spicy Big Mary sandwich and fries combo is fantastic—it's flavorful and made fresh.
