Menchies Frozen Yogurt - Brampton

One great thing about Menchie's is that they offer fruit toppings, so if you're trying to be healthy you can opt for fruit instead of yogurt when going with friends. And who can forget about the free sampling? It's a fun way to try out different flavors before making a decision.

I personally feel that this restaurant is overpriced. However, they offer a variety of excellent toppings and flavors. They serve ice cream by weight, making it suitable for those looking for a small portion, but potentially intimidating for those seeking a large serving.

I have visited this restaurant location four times since it opened, and every time I have noticed that there are no employees in the front of the house when I enter, despite there being plenty of customers. Today, when I sat down to eat, I observed that the two staff members were usually in the back together and only came out when someone was waiting at the register. Additionally, the staff always seem like they hate their job. There was a sign by the waffle bowl station advertising free waffle bowls all month long, but there were none available and no other customers had a waffle bowl. This was disappointing, especially since I enjoy paying for the dipped bowls, but there were none to purchase. The restaurant was clean, and I did notice the staff cleaning up when they were around, which was nice. The food quality is also great.

In LOVE with this franchise . I come here whenever I'm in the neighborhood and absolutely love it. I'm actually surprised at the previous reviews...I mean the place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the yogurt is awesome! -always with new flavours to try and something for everyone. With flavours ranging from SWEET desserts and pastries, fruit, chocolate, sorbet, to something more sour and tart. <br/ <br/ I don't have anything bad to say. If you're going to complain about price, it's simple, just don't get greedy. 5/5 from me : YAY for Fro-yo.

Best dessert place up to date. Definitely a good place to go to during the summertime! I went with my sister a few days ago here and I loved it. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, good dessert! I love how you can create your own custom yogurt, even go as far as mixing 2 flavours together. Although you gotta be careful though because when it comes time to pay for it, you have to put the cup on a weigh scale they have in front of the cash register. The heavier the cup, the more expensive it will be. One thing I don't like is that they only have cups in one size. Like what if you want a small cup of yogurt? Right? I love the thickness of the yogurt too. That really matters to me.
