Monte Carlo Inn Brampton Suites

The manager Chirag Shah could atleast smile a bit. The lady on front desk is really cool and friendly but manager should be more friendly courteous and customer service oriented. He is good and helpful but doesn't smile lol. Rooms are okay as building seems old Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4

We stayed here for 2 nights. I would definitely not recommend this hotel as there was hair and stains on the bedsheets. Their blanket was stinking and when asked to have it changed, we were told that the housekeeping is not available and were given sheets to change ourselves and staff did not make an effort to even ask us if everything was going fine. Nonetheless, there was hair in the bath tub as well. Mind you, this was all when we just checked in. Breakfast was too basic. We pay a good amount and this is what we get in return. Highly disappointed!

Staff were amazing Super clean and quiet And lots of parking Close to Hwy and lots of restaurants near by and Walmart if you forgot something Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

My experience was completely nasty and utterly disappointing; there was a large black hair on the sheets and my body was itchy all day the next morning I do not suggest this inn to anyone and the staff didn't do much to fix it .It was my second time staying there . Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
