Mr. Peppers Pizza - Brampton

While I feel for the kid who was WORKING ALONE during dinner service, the exceptionally slow service was unacceptable. It took 45 minutes to get my pizza made. 45 minutes. I was the only order. No phone orders. No walk ins. Just me. Not to mention the fact that they use canned mushrooms, they forgot several of my toppings and my pizza was undercooked. Overall the experience was frustrating and underwhelming. I don't care how cheap the pizza is, I will never go again.

Mr. Peppers is now Downtown Pizza and Subs. Order a premium chicken sandwich and its disgusting with barely any (clearly left over) chicken and poor quality tomatoes and onions. Charged me 9$ for a 6 when Subway down the street is better than this. Owner should be ashamed.

They had a special where by you spend $20 and get a medium pizza every month for free. Just had to spend $20 for your first order. I was super excited to get this thing going. I spent 1 hour calling just to get an order placed. No one answered. I ate the $20 and have never used the special. I have no idea how the pizza tastes but the experience was enough to tell me not to give them my business.
