I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit to Pizza Pizza. The quality of the pizza I received was far from satisfactory. The pizza I ordered was not only burnt and unappetizing, but it was also accompanied by an utterly distressing experience with one of your staff members.To start, the pizza I received was overcooked to the point of being almost inedible. The burnt crust and charred toppings were a far cry from the delicious pizzas I've enjoyed from Pizza Pizza in the past. This not only affected the taste but also left me feeling unsatisfied and let down by the quality of the food.What made matters worse was the way I was treated when I called to express my dissatisfaction. The person who answered my call, presumably someone from your staff, not only failed to address my concerns but also proceeded to harass me and use offensive language. I was shocked and deeply hurt by this behavior, as I believe that customer service should always be respectful and professional.This entire experience has left me with a negative impression of Pizza Pizza. I have been a loyal customer for a considerable amount of time, and I never expected to be treated in such a disrespectful and hurtful manner. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and address both the quality of your food and the behavior of your staff.I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. I ordered a large sized indian style pizza and it was really amazing . They provide very good offers and best quality pizza. I really appreciate their service and recommend everyone to visit it once .
