Ray Lawson Pizza Depot - Brampton

I am disappointed to say that I had a negative experience at Pizza Depot on Ray Lawson Blvd. This was the third time I had encountered unprofessional behavior from the same front desk girl. During my recent visit, she was consistently disrespectful and unhelpful, making it difficult for me to enjoy my time at the restaurant. Despite my hopes for a better interaction, I was met with rudeness once again. Customer service is essential in the food industry, and I believe that feedback can lead to improvement. I hope that the management will address this issue and take steps to ensure better service for future customers. Thank you for considering my feedback.

This customer service approach is not only unprofessional but also leaves a lasting negative impression.It's disheartening when a simple concern turns into a confrontational exchange.
