Contribuisci feedbackI've never encountered any problems with the service or the food, but be ready for a long wait in the drive-thru. They are consistently busy, which makes it take some time to get your order through the drive-thru (which I primarily use).
I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. The person taking orders seemed a bit confused, which caused a long delay. I finally received my order at 6:35 PM on November 3rd.
Ordered a simple pumpkin cold brew and it tasted like burnt coffee and way too much cream. Not satisfied at all.
People love this Starbucks So much that they will act careless and literally block the entrance/exit to the plaza. This location needs to do something about customers just lining all the way out that some people can’t even get out or in of the plaza. And the amount of time that they block the entrance is just insane that I can probably order the entire Starbucks menu by walking in and get out and they’re still there. If no action is taken I’ll complain further to the corporate level. There’s other businesses in the plaza too
Absolutely the dirtiest Starbucks or for that matter coffee shop I have visited in 5 countries.The food display had swarming fruit flies. The tables were sticky. The floor was not cleaned. The worst of all the gap between the seats had a combo of hair, dirt etc visible in plain sight and not in some crevice.They don’t keep even the sugar packets, straws outside.Most baristas look as if they are obliging the customers.Starbucks is all about premium pricing over Tim Hortons and McDonald’s because of their experience but this ruined all what Starbucks stands for.Not visiting another Starbucks for a long time.
