Sunset Grill - Brampton

When I first started dining at this restaurant, both the service and food were outstanding. Unfortunately, over time, the chef's quality has slipped, and the food preparation now seems rather careless. I've had the opportunity to observe him cooking, and it’s evident that he’s no longer putting in much effort. I'm thinking about exploring other restaurants to compare their offerings. I even spoke with one of the servers and learned that the chef cooks bacon on the same grill; she mentioned that during busy times, he uses both grills. Personally, I don’t want my meal contaminated by pork grease. It feels like he’s lost his passion for cooking, which is really disappointing.

I visited today for brunch with a large group of 40 people, and the staff did an incredible job accommodating us all. The food and service were both outstanding, and we all had a great experience. A huge thank you to the wonderful and accommodating staff!

I went to the restaurant with my family, which included eight members. We had an amazing server named Paloma, who provided us with outstanding service! She definitely deserves a raise and a vacation! The food was delicious too.

The extra drive was definitely worth it. We had stopped at three other restaurants during our trip, but none compared to the Sunset Grill. The food was amazing, and our waitress was incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

This restaurant consistently offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. I really appreciate the thoughtful seating arrangements, the excellent lighting, and the abundance of natural light that pours in through the large windows. For me, a great restaurant must fulfill five key criteria. First, there should be outstanding customer service from the moment you step in. Second, the staff should be dressed in clean, presentable attire, with well-groomed nails and hair. Third, the servers need to be friendly and courteous. Fourth, the ambiance should be welcoming. Finally, the food must meet a general standard of quality. This place excels in all of these aspects. I highly recommend it and will certainly be back.
