Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

On Monday, 10/2022. January to pick up an order for a customer. On the site scheduled closing time is 10 pm on the top date, but the strange part is restaurant was closed at 8.40, which was a waste of time. I waited 15 minutes outside... before and back in today's extremely cold weather. When the restaurant was closed why the check order was accepted, check just paid $2.20 for canceled order when I went through such a stress. Skip should delete the Swiss chalet from its list of restaurants

Do not dine at this restaurant. The food was terrible, the rolls were as hard as rocks, and despite paying extra for the key lime cake, we were given lemon melissa instead. They did not inform us of the substitution when we picked up our order. The service was absolutely terrible.

This review is intended only for constructive criticism. The food was good, we all enjoyed it. However, something really needs to be done about the cleanliness of this place. The walls are dirty with splashy food and drinks, the material in the furniture must be updated... as there are waves in the bench.

We decided to try this place for lunch. The Lord who came to us was very warm and welcoming. Our orders were taken quickly. The orders were correct and the food was good. It was very busy at noon, so it was difficult at times to get the attention of the server for beverage refills, etc. A suggestion for this place is that when people share a dessert, it is common to give each customer a plate....not only one plate and two forks. It's just a palate. They loved the way we were greeted, but you could say that the servers were too busy to spend really much time on each table. In the end, I did not feel that our patronage was really appreciated. I'd probably go to another place next time.

We really enjoy the hot chicken or hot beef sandwiches as well as the quarter chicken dinners. This is a great place for dine in or take out meals. The service and value are top notch as is the food.
