Tim Hortons - Brampton

I was next in line and the lady served 3 other people of her race behind me before serving myself... all I wanted was a coffee and had wait 10 minutes.. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau As this is a trend at every Tim Hortons in Brampton. I recommend McDS way better service and they get your order

You need an early morning coffee with a snack to munch on with ,My friends, turn your car around and go to some other location because they are gonna mess your order up beyond your imagination…. EVERYTIME…..I myself have gotten my order wrongly made 5 times in like 8 days…And everytime you go back to get it fixed, they just apologize and move on ….. no work has been done to rectify what they are doing wrongI think the early morning staff needs a cup of coffee for themselves first before they start serving others.#timhortons#Bad service

WOMEN IN KITCHEN TALKING LOUD AND TOO MUCH. NO GOOD FOOD. ALL TABLES WERE MESSY N THE WASHROOM FLOORS. I went after 1 month. Washroom is same.

I usually come in here to get coffee and a bagel as this is the only time in my area. This is the worst Tim’s I have ever been to. It’s so unclean that I feel if I touch something I’ll catch a disease. Sometimes they are quick with their service but also quick at disappointing you with the quality of the product. I have found a hair once in their wrap. The bagels are hardly ever toasted. Their crispy chicken is hardly ever crispy. The coffee is ok. And please see the picture of my caprese sandwich today. I was so humbled that I had to leave a review. Man, learn to make the sandwich. You should be able to at least compare it with the picture on your own screen. It’s made with mozzarella not cheddar and the quality of tomatoes is not the freshest. Money wasted. And why is there chipotle sauce in my CAPRESE sandwich. Jeez, learn to make the sandwich correctly please. That’s why you are charging us money.

I love to visit this tim-hortons everyday in the morning.I'm extremely impressed by the excellent service provided by the server(Jahanvi) at the drive-thru. The server is welcoming and always has this beautiful smile on her face.she went above and beyond to ensure that my order was accurate and to my satisfaction.Despite the busy drive-through, she maintained a calm and professional demeanor, showing great attention to detail and care in handling my order. She even took the time to provide recommendations and suggestions for items on the menu, which was greatly appreciated.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Tim Hortons drive-through thanks to the exceptional service provided by the server. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast and friendly service, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
