Venezia Pizza - Brampton

This is a family business. Saw family works behind the counter. Bravo. I don't know what the bad reviews are about service. You order, you pick up, pay. Ba-da-bing!

25 years ago. You have this authentic pizza taste pat down. Not a dry, undercooked disappointment like the others do when they try to pump a pizza in 10 minutes. Very recommended!

We ordered a pizza at 4:40. They told us it would take 40 minutes, which was not a problem. We waited an hour and then left home to get it just to give them extra time. We arrived 10 minutes later (which was 70...minutes after our order) and they told us that they just put it in now! You just said we were busy. We have many orders! No excuse, nothing!!!! Then he said, "If you don't want it, cancel the order and go. I was mad. I guess they were busy with other people and they obviously don't need the customers. Your pizza is medium (best) and is about the 5 best place in Brampton (not as good as McKays among others). Your food is pretty good the equivalent of what you can get from the big chains. Nothing special, but we like to support small businesses and their prices are comparable. Nevertheless, as a small entrepreneur, I know that you need to distinguish yourself for quality or service. They don't. They obviously have more than enough customers who are willing to be abused after they have waited 70 minutes for a 20-minute pizza (especially when you say it would take 40 minutes). Make yourself a favorite order Dominos, Pizza Nova, etc., which are more inexpensive and comparable quality with better service.

With all this Kovid bullshit, I found that some of my previous decisions have fallen significantly in quality and especially in their service. That's not a problem for Venezia. Has a great pepper chocolate from them today. Soooo really good. Fast... friendly service makes it even better. Thank you. What places like Jack Astors on Queen and Antica Osteria, these are places that have lost my restaurant dollar for good, they seem to forget about life before Covid. Big mistake I suspect.

This is the absolute best pizza place in Brampton. Always consistently delicious every time we go! Highly recommend getting the classic pepperoni and cheese it will not disappoint!
