I mentioned not to add salt in my poutine fries but got it with salt, not responsible for taking orders from drive thru

My recent visit to the drive-thru left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the service I received from the lady at the window was far from what one would expect. She handed us our food with no greeting or any basic courtesy, and her demeanor was exceptionally rude. It's vital for businesses to prioritize good customer service, and this experience fell disappointingly short in that regard. I hope the establishment takes steps to address such behavior to ensure a more positive and welcoming atmosphere for its patrons.

The primary reason we dine in at this Wendy's location is for the freshness of food they serve and a clean atmosphere. I have tried other Wendy's locations near by and even though this is a bit far from our home, this store is our preference. We ordered spicy chicken sandwich and poutine combo. The staff at this location are pleasant and provide a great customer service.

Never had a bad experience here so far. Always accurate orders. BTW their sausage croissant sandwich is the best outta all fast food offerings.
