We visited this small but very welcoming pizzaria in Brann. First thing we spotted was the wooden fired pizza oven, which put our hopes high for the food. We were not disappointed. The pizzas were very delicious. Thin and very crisp. Service (Ana) was very...good and welcoming. We would definitely come back.

We were first in Bucharest and after that to bran. All the days we were eating pork and traditional food, that was not good. We wanted something that we will like and we found it. Really good pizza. I would eat again.

We ordered prosciutto sandwiches and the lady warned us it would take a couple of minutes because she made the dough fresh! Absolutely delicious and a nice change from the traditional goulash/pork/polenta dishes.

Pizzeria quattro is located on brans main road, in the northeast of bran castle (there is a forested way to the castle that avoids the mass on the main road). I thought in pizzeria was a quick lunch. this is a small restaurant, just a... five tables, but the owners were friendly, greeted me and spoke some English. I had a veggie pizza (cheese, paprika, wobble, olive, mais and mushrooms), which was baked in a wood oven. it was super, the crust on the outside, but soft inside, and it went well with cold limonade (bier wine available). the prices were very reasonable. that it was tidy.
