Contribuisci feedbackThis is a fantastic Dunkin to use your app for ordering. Each and every time I show up for pick up there it is waiting for me. I drink Dunkin Midnight. I know what fresh tastes like. This particular Dunkin makes my coffee FRESH . I am a student but if I have a few bucks I do add them to the tip cup. I hope the owners and managers are aware of how good the daytime help is at lunch noon during the week) and also weekdays between between 3-5) this crew is killing it with customer service, keeping it clean, and not only serving fresh hot food but it’s correct!!!! Please give these people a raise this is sign to do just that!
I’ve been to three different locations other than this one during my travels this week ordered the same thing from every one. Two orders of snackin’ bacon a Mango Pineapple refresher with coconut milk substituted for green tea. Every location makes it no problem. The lazy little girl behind the counter at this heap of a store eye roll me and say “we don’t do coconut milk anymore” thats why you don’t have any customers either.
This place is great for a quick stop before or after shopping Service quality is great! I've never had an issue with accuracy or quality. It's a bit small, but I've ever experienced a difference from the other larger places.

If there were less stars, I 'd give zero. WARNING To anyone who uses the Dunkin ' Donuts next to pelican at 3549 route 22 E.....I did an order ahead for egg sandwiches for Mason. When I got there, they were almost ready, and I purchased some K cups separately. The employee behind the counter let me know that they were two for $15 so I got a second one, but the first employee had already charged the first one. She completed the re-fund, but couldn 't figure out how to do it properly. After a couple of minutes of trying, she reluctantly called the owner over. The owner was sitting having coffee. The owner rolled her eyes, and made a big deal about coming over to help her employee/me. The person at the counter repeatedly apologize to me and I said it 's no big deal. Meanwhile, the owner said to her "you should be apologizing to me for making me get up and making a mistake. "She then proceeded to raise her voice at her employee, belittling her in front of me, other customers, and other employees. When the owner finally finished the transaction, I said, thank you, and told her that she was very rude to her employees, and she shouldn 't talk to them that way. She sarcastically told me I love you too, and blew me kisses. I raised my voice and told her that the way that she treated them was disgusting and I would never come back. She got irate with me and further yelled at her employees. I did walk out finally, and told a gentleman who was pulling in what had happened. He turned around and left without his coffee.There 's no reason to treat your employees in that way. Shame on her. As a Dunkin loyalist, I will be sure to never go to that store again. #boycottingDD3549route22E
