The food was reasonable priced and fresh. Only one thing on the menu was gluten free. Most food was wheat based flat breads and pasta. I had a flat bread and salad. Lovely flavours and rich in colour beautiful food.The service was very chaos loads of people fussing around behind the desk for no real reason. Thought the whole point of booking, ordering and paying in advance was for less fuss and be organised this was not the case. Lead to an unrelaxed start for lunch not something you want when you to unwind and enjoy your spa experience. For an example one of our party had pay for a drink and the woman keep saying but there no ticket here...if she looked closely and how much the person had paid you could tell by the total a drink had been paid. Lady seem to have loads of paper but could not read or organise them and seems to be getting quite rude making out we were lying. Bad system needs looking into, could spoil a great spa experience but kitchen management.There were numbers for the table so they could take the order to the right number. Nope did not use that...staff wondering around with plates. Again same woman not really knowing what she is doing throwing off everyone else. We were a large booking but due to the set up of the restaurant and others guests sat at different parts of the restaurant. Maybe they should have reserved a table all together for our booking for ease of service. Again not thought but the same person.There is tap water on a separate table but really horrible plastic fake glasses most look dirty but think they were overused and needed replacing.Would recommend the food...but be prepared to have patient with the system if booking ahead. As you may have this woman who unfortunately is not great at her job and almost blames you for not ordering your food even though you did.

Very friendly staff, Excellent food a choice of mixed salads, both hot and cold lunch break snacks....many healthy options too,and friendly company, with robes that actually fit you . Did a day spa break, there was plenty to do and two very good demonstrations. Steam rooms are superb....
