Contribuisci feedbackI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They essentially shortchanged two seniors by only filling half a bowl of food. When I went to complain, their response was simply that they received what they requested, which was far from true — they barely had any food in their bowls. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered poor service here. I used to love this place, but now I think I’ll be boycotting this chain for good. It's a shame, as it was once one of my favorites.
I visited this restaurant for lunch since it’s located in the Brandon Mall. It's situated in the food court, which doesn’t have an official dining area. The overall atmosphere of the food court felt a bit artificial and outdated. However, everything else about this restaurant was fantastic. The service was excellent and attentive throughout my meal. The food was comparable to any other Chipotle – very good! I ordered a chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, and had chips with queso on the side. The burrito was delicious, and both the queso and chips were also tasty. Overall, while the food was great, the ambiance isn’t the best for enjoying Chipotle.
Every time I visit this Chipotle, it’s evident that they prioritize mobile orders over in-person customers. My wife and I went there today, and they made my bowl first while ignoring hers. After preparing three mobile orders, they finally decided to make hers. It’s absolutely frustrating!
It's a chipotle. Qdoba and Tijuana apartments are better, but work bought it so was free. Don't complain.
Order was all wrong, didn?t follow instructions. Ordered salad and bowl received 2 bowls no salad. Asked for black beans received pinto. Didn?t receive extra chicken ??
