Despite this, we decided to stay and eat, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The waitress was attentive and our food arrived quickly, but unfortunately my eggs were undercooked, the bacon was burnt and cold, the toast was stale, and the hash browns were also cold. The only edible item in my $15 meal was the pancakes. My friend ordered a sandwich, which also had burnt, cold bacon and stale bread. The sandwich had black stains on it and was barely touched. When we tried to complain to the waitress, she casually mentioned that she was about to go on her break and asked if we planned on leaving a tip. At this point, I was so fed up that I just paid the bill and left. My friend complained and we were offered a discount, but we didn't bother arguing as it was clear that this restaurant has no respect for itself or its customers. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a common problem. They should consider shutting down because the smell alone is enough to drive customers away. It's surprising that we didn't get sick from the small amount of food we managed to eat.
I had breakfast at this restaurant on Saturday. The food was incredibly tasty and the coffee was hot and freshly brewed. Our server, Brittany, was both sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. She was very understanding of my picky eating habits. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.
The cookies tasted like they were cooked in the microwave. This was my second time ordering cookies and gravy from this place and both times I ended up throwing them out. I wish I had known it was the same place before wasting my money for the second time. I ended up going to Denny's nearby, opened the container of food, took a bite, and ended up having to go to McDonald's to get something edible. I gave some of the food to the squirrels and the rest to my dogs, although my dog did not like it. How can a restaurant mess up simple fast food like cookies?
I just wanted to give a positive review, I know that everyone concentrated on the negative, but I and my husband used to visit this restaurant all the time and for a while it didn't seem like the employees were giving the right customer service. But we just recently thought that we would try again and I can tell you now that you noticed the change and I'm not sure whether it's management or different staff, but the restaurant looks cleaner, the service is 100 times And the food is as we have remembered, whatever you are? I got it up!
Awesome visit Restaurant was clean, food and coffee was hot and delicious. Service was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Manager Shelly was doing a fantastic job interacting with her staff and guests. Can tell there have been changes made at this location If you have any issues at this location-ask for the Manager on duty and they will gladly correct any issues or concerns. Keep up the good work. It does not go unnoticed...
