Contribuisci feedbackBut that wasn't even the worst part. I had ordered two sandwiches - one for dinner and a big one for my first break and lunch today. I specifically asked for my big sandwich to be made without cheese because I can't eat it. However, when I opened my sandwich today, I found a lot of cheese inside. The employees seem to ignore customers and take their time with orders. If the Firehouse Subs chain were smart, they would remove their name from this location as it only tarnishes their reputation. I am a fan of Firehouse Subs, but this location has given me the worst sandwich I've ever had. The meat in the Club on a Sub sandwich seemed to be spread too thinly, and the employees were more focused on chatting with each other than serving customers promptly. I was also disappointed that I didn't receive my pickles.
There are many menu choices available, with a moderate wait time around 3pm. The food is delicious, as always.
I would not recommend this restaurant. The coworkers were rude and the first thing they asked was if we were sure we wanted to order because the waiting time was 20-25 minutes. It was distracting and they seemed overwhelmed with only 4 employees during peak hours. It would be better if they operated with just 2 employees. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Has not visited. but sandwich was a 10! the delivery was fast. first time eat their food.
Tried to walk in to place an order at 8:40pm, but the doors were locked. They still had the open sign on and even their hours posted on the door said they close at 9pm. The associates inside paid no attention to the multiple people who pulled on the door even after me. Just lazy people.
