Contribuisci feedbackI stopped to get dinner yesterday. I happened to look around the corner and saw a young lady start to make my order. I was confused when I didn't see her wash her hands or put on gloves. I asked the cashier who took my order if they were supposed to wear gloves when fixing the food. She said no. She says that they cook the food through 500-degree heat, and that kills everything. She said we just wash our hands. I then told her that the young lady did not wash her hands before she started making my pizza. The cashier just stared at me like what do you want me to do about it. Then she asks me what did I want her to do. I said I want you to ask the young lady to wash her hands and fix my food. I then asked who was the manager was. She said they both were. All I could say was wow. So, beware when you go to this location. You don't know what is happening to your food.
The web page kept crashing and the app as well. Arrived at 9:40 pm. Tesha still took my order and was so Polite, Helpful, Caring, and even for about to close and I'm sure she was ready to leave. She was still Upbeat. I've had bad experience here before with staff but because of her attitude and customer service I will definitely be back. She deserves a raise or bonus or something. Thank you Tesha
Meesha needs a raise! That girl went above and beyond her job duties I'm sure with me. I had a fundraiser order that I was having trouble with knowing if I ordered there or not because I didnt receive an email.She went out of her way and called two other places to see if I ordered there which I did not. Took my phone, checked it, found the problem. Had what I needed in the order bin. Took control and satisfied me more than ever known. I will bring more of my business here due to her. She deserves a promotion!Thank you so much Meesha! Oh and for the record, I do not know her, which even shows more of the compassion she shows to strangers as well as probably frequent customers. Not to mention her good attitude! Thank you Meesha for making my day!Lisa R.
The employees at this restaurant do not make quality food!Pizza cold , breadsticks burnt and hard !
Quick and easy to get in, pick up your order and even add to your order then pay and you’re out of there! Only two things I would make a note on : first, realizing there are times when they’re very busy, for an associate to notice the customer and make some comment indicating they recognize they are there would help tremendously and second perhaps the phone is not for taking orders but someone should either answer it or get rid of it!
