This morning however, the person at the window was not very personable at all. My husband asked for grape jelly, worker says it?s in the bag. My husband, not thinking to check, drove off. Got home and there?s no jelly, but there is ketchup! It doesn?t take a rocket scientist to tell the the difference between the two. Be aware of what you?re doing, and more courteous to
Wife, and car full of kids ordered lunch and 4 cookies. We promised the kids they could have a cookie (or at least part, WB cookies are BIG) after they took an afternoon nap. 2 hours later we realized we didn't have any cookies. This location is very new so it's understandable. The Manager, Mr. Banks humbly asked if we could come get the cookies. Very professional, approachable, and light hearted staff all around. Thank you.
Customer service was great and the female manager was very apologetic. But whoever is working in their kitchen should be wearing a hair net. They think it?s okay to have long hair and just wear a hat (said one of the employees) because it?s logical that hair doesn?t come flying out from a hat right. Hey All went to Whataburger the drive through was hoping for two lanes A and B and both was fast . I had to go inside to get my drinks and When I walk in I was blown away by The friendliness the cleanliness and the willingness to make my drinks and get me to hot apple pies very nice to see smiling faces helping customers and making your day a little better .And for the employees are Samone L Jennifer L Sedtrice D Shellie M Macy B These employees are very friendly
I am truly shocked that this restaurant is still in business. The service is the slowest I've ever encountered. You will have to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes just to receive cold food, and that's with only three people ahead of you. On a busy day, you could go through the McDonald's drive-thru five times in a row and get your food faster than here with just two cars in line. Consider yourself warned!
