I was unaware of this chain of health oriented restaurants before stopping here on our road trip. I went of the solstice salad and added chicken and avocado. This meal had the perfect balance of protein, healthy fats and carbs. Their avocados are perfect ripeness, their chicken is juicy, their vegetables are very fresh and overall everything is flavorful. I was very satisfied with the quantity, quality and freshness.
