Tim Hortons - Brandon

I’m trying to bye a box of Tim Hortons Hockey cards with a gift card like I did last year and they call the manager over because the gift card isn’t working even tho she said there was $25 on the gift card when the employee checked. The machine also wasn’t taking my credit card so I had to use my debit card which I was not planning to do and they were refusing to try the other machine witch I was not happy with I hope there one manager has a chat with the owner and learns a lesson

Really bad Tim Hortons, I don’t feel any respect from two Indian girls servicer , waited to order more than minutes over there They just ignored me , walk and talk no even one word until I asked how long I still need to wait to order. When she take my order, make me feel that they don’t have to serve me Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I was at the counter ,they leave and what I was going to buy ,got sold to drivein ,even though I was there over five minutes waiting. I guess drive through customers are more important.
