Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Brandywine

Brandywine location has been closed since November for health and safety reasons. I guess they are not going to reopen. Probably wouldn’t eat there again anyway.

It was great when it first opened went down hill pretty fast after the Two Brian's went somewhere else but the brisket is was still awesome . It is temporarily closed at the moment hopefully they are bringing in new managers

The food is delicious, I had the turkey and pulled pork. The portions are small, so don’t expect to have any leftovers.

The customer service here is epic! They are simply awesome. They allow you to try the food before making an order and are extremely patient. The service is quick and they're extremely helpful. The food is warmed up so my food was extremely hot. The sides were. The only thing I didn't like was my meat wasn't extremely hot. Over all the place is okay. My kids loved the free ice cream.

I was looking for a bbq place for lunch and stumbled across Dickey's. My expectations were low because it is in a strip mall, but much to my surprise, it was quite good. I ordered the Two Meat plate (pulled pork and beef brisket) with creamed spinach and fried okra. It was fantastic! The presentation was similar to Mission BBQ, the food was really good. Moist and nicely seasoned. There are a few sauce options. I tried the Mild sauce which was tasty. The meat temperature could've been a bit warmer, but overall very good. The guys helping me were modestly friendly and the place was empty besides me. I would definitely return.
